TOMSK, RUSSIA - February XX, 2008 - Elecard Devices CJSC, a leading developer of
codecs and products for digital video, today announced the release of Elecard
Converter Studio 2.1, a new version of a popular multimedia conversion program.

Elecard Converter Studio 2.1 allows users to easily convert video files to many
popular formats, such as AVC/H.264, MPEG-2, DV and Uncompressed AVI at high-speed
with high picture quality. The program can be used for preparing content for many
modern devices, such as Apple iPod, Apple iPhone, Sony PSP, different types of smart
phones. It also allows the user to convert footage of digital camcorders, including
latest AVCHD® models, for almost any popular STB.
